<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Design & Project Assistance</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Contribute to site analysis, schematic design, and construction document development.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist senior staff with research, documentation, and design tasks.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create visually engaging presentations and models.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor construction progress to ensure design vision is realized.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare graphics for reports, presentations, and community engagement.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Leadership & Project Oversight</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead or assist in pursuing new projects through proposals and interviews.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Take on design leadership roles for specific projects or practice areas.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage and mentor team members working on assigned projects.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure project budgets, timelines, and deliverables are on track.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with Project Managers to address design and performance issues.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Key Duties</strong></h3>

<p>Create and follow detailed project plans and staffing assignments.</p>
</li>

<p>Track project progress and performance metrics closely.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Adhere to internal quality control standards.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure project success through proactive planning and communication.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Regularly assess client satisfaction and adjust project strategies as needed.</p>

<p>Assist in training and guiding junior staff members.</p>

</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>BLA or BSLA from an accredited Landscape Architecture program</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Licensed Landscape Architect (or eligibility for state licensure)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>3–10+ years of relevant experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with public and/or private landscape projects</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong organizational and communication abilities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Team-oriented and collaborative approach</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in AutoCAD</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with LandFX, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>GIS or modeling experience is a plus</p>
</li>
</ul>
