IT Implementation Project Manager – Prince 2, ITIL

6 months Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex

A strong Project Manager ideally with financial services experience, ideally insurance, who understands risk. Role could be called - IT Operational Implantation Project Manager - prince 2, ITIL Project manager - service desk, support functions , training, documentation, operations. ITIL trained, approving SLA’s – Service Level Agreements, ensuring system availability, planning and checking monitoring is in place - help desk. Everything to do with ensuring an IT system is in place. Making sure skills are in place to deliver. Design the design stage (implementation group). If experience of a broker claims system, that would be good (don't need to understand application). Operational background and operational schedule. Plan of attack. Reporting into a wider business readiness work stream as the IT representative. Make sure IT is ready for Guidewire (insurance software suite)
