You’ll be assisting customers in both languages. Six months of customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
