</ul><div><strong>The Role</strong></div><div>We are seeking a motivated Account Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Utilize AI generated BDR’s to identify and prospect property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients</li>
<li>Execute outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn)</li>
<li>Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings</li>
<li>Receive approvals from Franchisees for booking business</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>1–3 years of sales and lead generation experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and persistence</li>
<li>Comfortable with high-volume outreach</li>

<strong>Base Salary<br></strong>Employee will receive an annual base salary of <strong>$48,000</strong>, payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices.<br><br>

<strong>On-Target Earnings (OTE)<br></strong>The total On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is <strong>$60,000 to $70,000 annually</strong>, inclusive of base salary and commissions, based on achievement of performance expectations. Compensation is uncapped, and Employee may earn above OTE, based on performance.<br><br>

<strong>Commission Structure <br></strong>Employee will be eligible to earn commissions based on recognized revenue generated from new business secured by Employee and accepted by the Company.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Commission Rates:</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>3.0%</strong> on annualized revenue up to <strong>$750,000</strong>
</li>
<li>
<strong>4.0%</strong> on annualized revenue between <strong>$750,001 and $1,500,000</strong>
</li>
<li>
<strong>5.0%</strong> on annualized revenue exceeding <strong>$1,500,000</strong>
</li>
</ul><div><strong>Quota Expectation </strong></div><div>The annual base quota for the Employee is $750,000 in new revenue. Achievement of quota corresponds to the lower range of OTE. Earnings above quota will result in increased commission rates as outlined above. Compensation is uncapped.</div>
