Senior National Account Manager – Grocery (Asda & Morrisons)

We’re working with a family-owned, premium food manufacturer in the North West, supplying both branded and private label products to major UK retailers. With significant recent investment in brand and factory and ambitious growth plans, they’re now hiring a Senior National Account Manager to join the senior team.
This is a key role leading Asda and Morrisons, with full ownership of two major accounts and real influence on the commercial direction of the business.
The Role
Own and grow Asda & Morrisons accounts (full P&L)
Lead JBPs, pricing, and commercial negotiations
Build strong buyer relationships
Identify and deliver new growth opportunities
Work cross-functionally on NPD, launches, and supply
About You
Proven experience managing Asda and/or Morrisons
Strong UK grocery retail knowledge
Commercially driven, confident negotiator
Data-led with a focus on growth and profitability
