About the Role
At SOFTSWISS I was challenged with tasks such as setting up CI/CD on several projects and got some useful experience in a management position. The company not only provides opportunities for growth but also constantly allocates resources for employee development, e.g. I attended QA Lead courses and an IT conference in Poznan. I highly appreciate the openness in interacting with my colleagues. I like to work in the company and I recommend it to my friends.
