They’re now looking for a passionate and organised Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service from breakfast through to dinner.

£32,000 per annum plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
Leading the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient service across all shifts
Coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver warm and attentive service
Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure excellent communication and consistency
Managing rotas, stock, ordering and operational costs
Handling guest feedback with professionalism and using it to improve service standards
