About the Role
<h4><strong><em>Up to £75,000 + Benefits </em></strong></h4>
Our client is a highly successful specialist contractor and well known for their expertise in the field of external facades on major refurbishment projects in London. They operate predominantly within the M25, so applicants must already be living within a daily commute.
Prior experience of having worked for a main contractor or specialist in an allied field such as facades, cladding, curtain walling with elements of natural stone is essential.
You will take financial control of projects with package values up to £5million, including cost appraisals, production of budgets, cashflow forecasts, procurement, reconciliations and payment of accounts. You will run your own projects and report directly to the Commercial Director.
