Job Description:
Saint Anselm School is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and faith-filled Pre-Kindergarten Classroom Aide to join our early childhood education team. The Classroom Aide works collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, stimulating, and spiritually enriching environment where our youngest learners can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Key Responsibilities
● Support the Catholic identity of the school by participating in prayer, liturgical celebrations, and religious education activities appropriate for Pre-K children.
● Model Christian values, kindness, and respect in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.
● Supervise students closely during all activities, including classroom time, recess, lunch, bathroom breaks, and transitions.
● Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and healthy classroom environment.
● Help implement positive behavior reinforcement strategies in line with school policies.
● Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative relationship with the Lead Teacher, administration, and school community.
