At Emma, we’re on a mission to transform how people sleep — and our E-commerce team plays a central role in making that happen. We’re now looking for a Senior Category Business Manager – D2C E-commerce to own and scale one of our most strategic categories in Brazil: pillows, duvets, and bed linen. This is a high-impact, end-to-end ownership role where you’ll shape the category strategy, drive profitable growth, and optimize the full online customer journey in a fast-paced D2C environment. You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, product, and digital execution, with regular exposure to senior leadership across our international E-commerce organization.
