Customer Service Representative / Order Processor

Express is currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative for a truck equipment company in Buffalo, NY!

Pay: $22.00/hour

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm / M-F 

Responsibilities of the CS / Inside Sales Rep:

• Answer emails and phone calls from customers
• Process quotes and orders
• Send invoices
• Make outbound sales phone calls to customers
• Other responsibilities as assigned and needed

Requirements of the next CS / Inside Sales Rep:

• Previous experience in an office / customer service / inside sales role (1 year)
• Mechanically inclined / knowledgeable 
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proper phone and email etiquette
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Experience with SAGE 300 (ACCPAC) would be a bonus
• Experience with CRM software (ZOHO) would be a bonus
