IT-Specialty Software Engineer

Duration: 18 Months Contract

Salary: $80.00/Hourly

Role Description: The IT-Specialty Software Engineer must have 7+ years of experience. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Third Party Risk Management. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet client requirements.

- Design and deploy Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions including:

O Policy and Compliance Management

O Risk Management

O Audit Management

O Third Party Risk Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Customize ServiceNow applications using Flows, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancement of ServiceNow modules based on user feedback.

- Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and governance frameworks.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
