About the RoleFor our international client, a fast-scaling strategic branding agency, we are looking for a bold, hands-on Marketing Manager who will drive brand visibility, creative campaigns and long-term market resonance.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.
We are looking for someone ambitious, proactive, creative and data-driven - a true builder who can both execute and think strategically.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with strategy, design and leadership teams.
What You Will Do:Strengthen brand positioning across LinkedIn, website and key platforms
Develop high-impact marketing initiatives that stand out in the industry
Create collaborations, partnerships and creative campaigns that drive awareness
Support and nurture partner relationships
Develop initiatives that increase retention and referrals
Keep partners engaged through smart communication strategies
Monitor performance metrics and growth indicators
Optimise marketing channels based on data
Identify new opportunities for reach and brand expansion
Actively contribute to new product initiatives
Support launches, events and future brand experiences
Ensure visual and brand consistency across all touchpoints
2–5 years of senior-level marketing experience
Strong understanding of branding and creative industries
Ability to execute hands-on while also delegating when needed
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Creative thinker with a bold approach
AI-friendly and open to experimentation
Excellent English (spoken & written)
Full-time availability across European time zones
