Head of FinanceAn ambitious and growing law firm is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Finance to lead its finance function.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the executive leadership team, this is a visible role that combines strategic finance leadership, commercial partnering and operational oversight. The successful person will play a key role in supporting the business's growth agenda while ensuring the finance function continues to deliver exceptional service, insight and governance.

As Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the finance function, leading financial strategy, reporting, planning and operational finance across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing robust financial insight to support commercial decision-making.
The role would suit an established finance leader who combines strong technical capability with commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships across a partnership or stakeholder-led environment.
This is a collaborative leadership role requiring regular engagement with stakeholders and the wider finance team. The successful person should expect to be in the London office approximately 2-3 days per week.
