Position: Phlebotomist (PBT)

Setting: Onsite Employee Health Clinic

Contract Type: Locum Tenens

Coverage Dates:

• July 13 – August 20, 2026

• Monday–Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• No lunch break

• Employee-only clinic (no public patient traffic)
• Scheduled visits only – no walk-ins
• Low daily volume: ~5–10 patients per day
• Calm, organized outpatient workflow
• Supported by administrative and clinic staff

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform routine blood draws with speed and accuracy
• Ensure proper specimen labeling and handling
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Document encounters appropriately
• Support clinic flow and patient throughput

• Active California Phlebotomy Certificate/License (required)
• Strong venipuncture skills and efficiency in blood draws
• Prior outpatient or clinic-based experience preferred
• Professional, patient-focused approach

• Short, defined assignment with consistent schedule
• Early morning hours—ideal for supplemental work
• Low patient volume with predictable workflow
• No urgent care or hospital environment
