Essential attributes: A strong academic background with a 1st or 2.1 in a relevant engineering discipline from a highly ranked university Prior success in delivering complex cross-disciplinary automation projects within a pharmaceutics or high tech manufacturing context Excellent understanding of Systems Engineering from requirements capture to customer acceptance Broad engineering knowledge Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire co-workers; ability to generate technical documentation (for instance for regulatory compliance) Full, existing, and unrestricted UK work permission This is an innovative impactful company at a relatively early stage in their development.
