About you: Proven experience in employee resourcing within a Human Resources environment Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation Holds or is working towards CIPD membership or equivalent HR qualification Full driver's licence or access to reliable transport What you'll do: Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding Advise managers on recruitment best practice and legislative compliance Develop and review recruitment documentation and processes to ensure continuous improvement Coordinate and communicate effectively with candidates, panel members, and internal stakeholders throughout recruitment activities Manage pre-employment checks, including references, medicals, and criminal record checks Prepare regular reports and management information on resourcing activities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project work within HR Support other HR colleagues and cover as needed to ensure seamless service delivery For further information on this role, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
