Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You?Competitive Salary – £28,000 basicCommission structure achieving OTE of £32-35,00020 days bank holidaysThe opportunity to work with a highly established, highly knowledgabe team that offer support and fabulous working environment! Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:Responding to and managing your enquiries in the morning, arranging viewings.Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings processConduct property viewings, around the local area, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenantsOversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully preparedMaintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the processKeeping up to date with new legislation and ensuring the company adapts policies where necessary.Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local marketIf you are experienced in conducting market appraisals then even better as you will have the opportunity to naturally adopt this duty in addition to the above.
