Part-Time Household Assistant Job in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire A lovely family based in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced and proactive Household Assistant / All-Rounder to take full ownership of running their busy family home. The family are looking for someone who is highly organised, switched on, and confident working independently, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the household and ensure everything runs smoothly. The family consists of a professional couple and their three-year-old child, who attends full-time nursery. They live in a beautiful four-bedroom property arranged over two floors and employ a team of cleaners who attend once a week. The ideal candidate will be someone who can take initiative, manage the day-to-day running of the home, and provide support wherever needed. Duties will include: Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the household Weekly grocery shopping and managing fridge and pantry stocking Ensuring the home is well organised and fully stocked at all times Laundry and general household upkeep Batch cooking family meals Managing child-related appointments, including booking, tracking, and calendar management (medical, dental, activities, etc.) Household administration and organisation Liaising with vendors and managing household services Running errands and completing ad hoc household tasks as required Occasional school/nursery pick-ups Anticipating the family’s needs and using initiative to ensure the household runs smoothly Nearest Station: Chalfont St Giles House: Four bedrooms, two floors Days & Hours: Three days per week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (flexible) Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Start: As soon as the right person is found Job ID: 233215 If you have not yet had a registration interview with a consultant, please email your CV to Sophie@greycoatlumleys.co.uk Please note you will not receive a candidate number until you have completed the full registration process.
