Head of Projects (Point of Sale)
Our client, a well-established installation company specialising in Point of Sale solutions, is looking to recruit a Head of Projects to join their dynamic team in the East Midlands. Our client prides itself on delivering high-quality installation services across the UK. They seek a confident and experienced Projects Director who possesses a strong background in Point of Sale projects, with proven leadership skills and a strategic approach to project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple installation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and implement project strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimise operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate project teams, as well as liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, generate reports, and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Projects Director / Head of Projects, ideally within the Point of Sale installation sector.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- A strategic thinker with a solution-focused approach to challenges.
Location & Working Hours
This role is based in the East Midlands, with standard working hours of 37.5 hours per week, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
