Here’s how the Project Manager - GBS Finance Transitions Implementation role contributes: Lead and coordinate GBS projects and PMO activities across regions Deliver standard project documentation (charters, plans, reports, etc.) Manage GBS Finance transitions implementation projects (key responsibility) Track milestones, risks, and provide stakeholder updates Support issue resolution, data analysis, and FTE assessments Align project plans with GBS strategy and global initiatives Provide regular status reports, executive summaries and presentations to respective internal and external to GBS stakeholders Utilize project tools and methodologies Perform other related duties as assigned Your Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and competencies: Bachelor’s degree + 8–10 years of relevant (Work Transitions related) experience (Big 4 background preferred) PMP certification preferred Strong knowledge of project/program management Familiarity or background of GBS Finance business processes Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint essential) Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage confidential data, prioritize tasks, and work independently Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset Fluent English (spoken and written) Strong numerical and reporting skills Problem-solving ability with semi-standardized procedures Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed At Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
