Account Manager – Bristol

We are currently working on behalf of a successful European organisation who are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to be based one of their key clients in Bristol. The Account Manager is responsible, and accountable, for the day-to-day management of the individual client relationship and business. You will provide operational excellence, exceptional customer service skills, negotiation abilities, crisis management experience, process and project management skills and reporting. The ideal candidate will preferably have proven work experience within the Print Arena (POS, DM or General Print) with strong technical knowledge. The sought individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete process from conception through to completion and ensuring that Client expectations are exceeded and projects delivered on time, every time. It is therefore essential that interested parties have the technical knowledge to assist Clients through each step of a Campaign.
