<li>Create thorough and precise estimates for bespoke wood, metal, and specialized crafting projects</li>
<li>Evaluate drawings, specifications, and design concepts to decipher scope and project needs</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers, design, operations, and procurement to align estimates with practical execution</li>
<li>Guide and mentor junior estimators, establishing standardized procedures and promoting top-notch techniques</li>
<li>Analyze supplier quotations, material/labor expenses, and production capacities to generate competitive offers</li>
<li>Develop and uphold estimation tools, patterns, and historical cost records</li>
<li>Communicate with global supply chain associates for up-to-date pricing, particularly from suppliers in Asia</li>
<li>Facilitate handoff meetings between estimation and project implementation teams</li>
<li>Monitor estimated vs. actual job expenditures to enhance accuracy and pinpoint trends</li>
<li>Aid in pricing approaches, value engineering, and cost management throughout the bidding process</li>

<li><strong>Over 6 years of estimating experience in millwork, custom crafting, or similar field</strong></li>
<li><strong>At least 3 years in a senior or lead estimating position</strong></li>
<li>In-depth understanding of architectural millwork components, crafting techniques, and production schedules</li>
<li>Aptitude to decode architectural illustrations and design specifications</li>
<li>Proficiency in estimating software like Innergy, Bluebeam, ProEst, and Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Keen eye for detail, organizational proficiency, and leadership attributes</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with international suppliers and comprehension of global pricing logistics</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent background</li>
