We are currently recruiting for Veg Prep Operatives to join a busy, fast-paced meat-free production site in Fakenham.

This is a hands-on, physical role working within the veg preparation area, supporting the production of high-quality plant-based products.

Location: Fakenham
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rate: £15.48 per hour

The Role:

Working in the veg prep department, you will be responsible for preparing fresh vegetables ready for production. This role is physically demanding and will involve manual handling throughout your shift.

Key Duties:

• Preparing, sorting, and handling fresh vegetables
• Washing, cutting, and moving produce across the department
• Manual handling and lifting
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Able to work in a physically demanding role
• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous factory or food production experience is beneficial but not essential
