PRS General Manager (Luxury Residential)

An exciting opportunity as a Luxury PRS General Manager to manage the operations of a high-end luxury development in London. We are particularly keen to speak with candidates who come from a strong hotel background, luxury hospitality, or premium/luxury residential environments, where exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and resident or guest experience are at the heart of delivery.

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum + Bonus

Location: London

The Role

As a PRS General Manager of a luxury residential development, you will take full responsibility for the successful operations, and ongoing performance of the development. Acting as the on-site leader and brand ambassador, you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while building a strong sense of community.

You will oversee all aspects of the operation—from leasing and facilities to resident engagement and team leadership—ensuring the asset is maintained to the highest standards and delivers a best-in-class living experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
• Create and deliver an outstanding resident experience with a strong focus on community building
• Drive leasing performance and establish corporate letting partnerships
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
• Ensure the asset is presented to a premium standard at all times
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
• Act as the face of the development, fostering strong relationships with residents and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience in PRS, property management, hospitality, or a related sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving performance
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resident engagement
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the local market and corporate lettings is advantageous
