About the Role
<p>The Store Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to support all store-level staffing needs. This includes sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across an assigned region of stores. Acts as a talent and brand ambassador for Parker’s. Partners with Store and Support Leadership to plan for operational changes and future growth, ensuring all hiring needs are met.</p>

<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<p><strong>Recruiting Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with leadership to determine staffing needs on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand requirements for each open position.</li>
<li>Respond with urgency to open roles and work efficiently to fill positions.</li>
<li>Execute recruiting plans to attract quality candidates.</li>
<li>Research and recommend new sources for active candidate recruiting.</li>
<li>Network through industry contacts and employees to identify passive candidates.</li>
<li>Build applicant sources by engaging community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.</li>
<li>Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source talent.</li>
<li>Proactively develop talent pools ahead of store openings and projected growth.</li>
<li>Participate in job fairs and community events to attract and hire talent.</li>
<li>Coordinate recruiting activities with HR, Store Leadership, and Field Trainers.</li>
<li>Maintain all candidate information and interview data in the applicant tracking system.</li>
<li>Leverage online job platforms to maximize exposure to the candidate pool.</li>
<li>Determine applicant qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and skill comparisons to job requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate travel logistics when appropriate.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li>

<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management; able to work independently and prioritize effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.</li>
<li>Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).</li>
<li>Skilled in sourcing qualified candidates through Indeed using advanced search filters, Boolean strings, and targeted outreach strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Earns trust through open, honest communication and consistent follow-through.</li>
<li>Exercises discretion and independent judgment.</li>
<li>Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills.</li>
<li>Experience in retail, hospitality, or convenience stores a plus.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>TRAVEL</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Local travel to stores and job fairs as needed (<15%).</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</li>
