About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Set up and remove molds, cycle-in molds, and maintain mold racks. Troubleshoot issues on the floor and perform operator tasks as needed. Ensure jobs meet specifications and maintain clean work areas. Complete set-up checklists and necessary documentation. Assist with shift supervision and machine maintenance when required. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow all safety procedures.
