The role
You will support the delivery of AI projects alongside experienced project managers. You will learn how technical AI projects are scoped, managed, and delivered to enterprise clients - with real responsibility from day one.
What you'll do
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and client communication
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
- Coordinate tasks between engineering, data, and client teams
- Help identify and escalate risks or blockers
- Contribute to improving our internal delivery processes
What you bring
- Enrolled in or recently completed BSc/MSc in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Genuine interest in AI/ML and how it creates business value
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
Nice to have
- Prior internship or project experience in tech, consulting, or startups
- Basic understanding of ML concepts or data workflows
