If we have your mobile number or email address, we’ll send you a unique link to your E-card via text or email. This link takes you to a dedicated web page with all the information you need about the planned power cut. What’s included in your E-card? Your E-card will show the following:- Date and time your power will be switched off and back on Why the power cut is happening A reference number (e.g. 07576N2025) The number of properties affected   Example of an E-card When will I receive it?
