We are seeking a Licensed Architect for a remote assignment. The selected candidate will function as team lead for assigned building design projects, serving as the primary point of contact with clients developing and maintaining internal and external client networks. Candidate will also serve as a primary contributor during client meetings and presentations.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

** This position requires an NCARB Certificate **

Responsibilities

- Identify and assess risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Implement and maintain effective communication to the project team and all stakeholders to ensure full project delivery
- Control scope and cost to the project baseline
- Ensure the obligations between client and the company are fulfilled
- Develop and monitor financial and project delivery schedules, including change management


Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 
- A Professional Architectural License 
- NCARB Certificate holder
- 15+ years experience in vertical buildings programs
- 7+ years of management experience involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects
- Proven ability to strategize and direct business growth and direction
