Tier 1 Due Diligence Consultant - Strategy Consulting

Our clients in leading consultancies supporting businesses with strategy and transaction projects across various industries are seeking top tier Consultants up to Engagement Manager level to deliver a number of upcoming due diligence pieces.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of the due diligence (CDD/VDD) for the client
• Support or leading workstreams, depending on level. 
• In depth market analysis including defining market size, identifying key players and assessing market opportunity
• Conduct market sizing and financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience from top tier Consultancies (Tier 1/MBB)
• Minimum 10 DDs across: Private Capital, Financial Services, Asset and Wealth Management, Value Creation, Tech, Software, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence etc.

• Day rate: Dependent on level (Consultant to Engagement Manager level)
