Published: 15th March 2026 Electrician – Responsive Repairs Permanent East Midlands Social Housing & Property Services, Trades & Labour £47,975 (OTE) Overview Electrician – Responsive Repairs Location: Peterborough (East Midlands) Salary: £39,500 + 5% bonus Package: Company van, fuel card & tools Type: Permanent | Full-time The Role Carry out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance across residential properties, delivering safe, high-quality work in line with current IET Wiring Regulations. The role includes EICRs, remedial works, and reactive repairs with a strong focus on first-time fixes and customer service. Includes a paid on-call rota (1 in 6–8 weeks) with average additional earnings of up to £1,000 per on-call week.
