About the Role
</p>
<p>We’re seeking an experienced <strong>HR Business Partner</strong> to deliver a proactive, strategic HR service across a diverse directorate, supporting leaders to drive organisational performance and positive workforce outcomes.</p>
<p>This is a key role responsible for leading on <strong>change management, complex employee relations casework, and workforce strategy</strong>, while driving initiatives to improve attendance and staff wellbeing.</p>
<p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support across multiple service areas</li>
<li>Lead on <strong>complex casework</strong>, organisational change, and policy development</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to <strong>reduce sickness absence</strong> and improve attendance</li>
<li>Analyse HR data to identify trends and deliver targeted interventions</li>
<li>Support workforce planning and organisational development activities</li>
<li>Line manage and support HR Advisors where required</li>
