Customer Service Agent

Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum

Location: Southampton

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. (Shifts between 8 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday, roughly one Saturday per month and one bank holiday per year).

Your Role Will Involve:

• Being the primary point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
• Managing existing accounts, providing sustainable repayment strategies, and resolving queries.
• Confidently supporting customers in vulnerable situations, offering tailored solutions (full training provided).

While experience in finance or a regulated environment is beneficial, it’s not mandatory. Our client provides ongoing industry and company-specific training, along with coaching to help you achieve your personal goals and advance your career.
