About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that pupils remain focused, engaged, and supported throughout the school day. You will work across different classes, gaining valuable experience and building strong relationships with both staff and students.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is confident managing a classroom, and is committed to supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans effectively across primary year groups
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and pupil engagement

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working in UK primary schools
• Confidence in leading a classroom independently
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
• A genuine passion for working with children
