The successful candidate will support a portfolio of customers, mentor internal teams, shape solution strategy, and contribute to revenue growth through trusted advisory and innovation.
As a key bridge between presales, project delivery, and managed services, this individual will deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer lifecycle experience while driving continuous improvement and long-term transformation initiatives.
Serve as the primary Oracle solution authority for a portfolio of customers, ensuring continuous optimisation and value realisation across Oracle ERP & SCM Cloud solutions.
Provide strategic recommendations on enhancements, new functionality, and emerging Oracle capabilities to modernise, streamline, and future-proof business operations.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor for ERP and SCM roadmaps, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Analyse service request trends to identify recurring issues, automation opportunities, user enablement requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with delivery, support, and sales teams to align customer outcomes with business objectives and growth opportunities.
Support internal capability development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and best practice leadership.
