Job Description
Lead and execute mold change startups to ensure seamless production transitions
Perform mold changes as needed to support ongoing manufacturing operations
Maintain and update process cards for all mold and machine combinations to ensure accuracy and consistency
Execute mold repairs directly in the press to minimize production interruptions
Complete mold change checklists to maintain quality and compliance standards
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues proactively to minimize downtime
Optimize tooling and process parameters to drive improvements in product quality and operational efficiency
Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience in plastic injection molding within an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across multiple levels of the organization
