If you enjoy building and optimising profitable ad campaigns-and want your work to contribute to meaningful transformation-this role offers both challenge and purpose at scale.</p><h3><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>Media Buyer (Paid Advertising Specialist)</strong> to work closely with our CMO to create, launch, and optimise profitable paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.</p><p>This is a hands-on role for someone who loves testing creative, scaling winning campaigns, and using data to drive continual improvement across the funnel.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>📈 <strong>Campaign Strategy & Execution</strong><br>Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google</p><p>Manage budgets, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and objectives</p><p>Set up and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters</p><p>🎨 <strong>Creative & Copy Performance</strong><br>Create static ad creatives and develop briefs/hooks for video creative</p><p>Write high-converting ad copy across multiple funnel stages</p><p>Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, and offers</p><p>📊 <strong>Optimisation & Reporting</strong><br>Analyse performance and provide clear, actionable insights</p><p>Use AI tools to support ad creation, testing, and reporting workflows</p><p>Continuously improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality</p><p>🤝 <strong>Collaboration & Growth</strong><br>Collaborate with design, marketing, and funnel teams</p><p>Stay current with platform updates, policies, and paid media best practices</p><h3><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></h3><p>Proven experience running and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads</p><p>Strong understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategy</p><p>Strong copywriting skills for performance advertising</p><p>Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into action</p><p>Experience using design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar)</p><p>Experience using AI tools within creative and performance workflows</p><p>Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive</p><p>Able to work independently with minimal supervision</p><h3><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h3><p>Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads</p><p>Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools</p><p>Experience with GA4, conversion APIs, and advanced tracking setups</p><p>Experience with AI-driven ad creation workflows</p><h3><strong>💖 Why Join Us?</strong></h3><p>✨ Work on campaigns seen by millions worldwide<br>✨ Collaborate closely with a senior CMO in a high-performing marketing team<br>✨ Fully remote role with clear UK working-hour alignment<br>✨ Access to modern tools and AI-powered workflows<br>✨ Competitive compensation benchmarked by location and experience<br>✨ Be part of a purpose-driven organisation creating meaningful impact at scale</p>
