With an unrivalled record of delivering complex, technical, tight schemes they work in a niche market and have a number of exciting upcoming developments. They currently have 4-5 live sites across greater London, Due to a recent project award & company expansion, they now seek an experienced No.1 for a piled basement part conversion, part demolition, scheme in the South London area. About the role As Project manager you will be number 1 onsite reporting to a visiting Construction Director. You will be responsible for all the day to day management and reporting as well as assisting in short term programs, client liaison, checking of design feasibility and generally adding experience to the project. There are a number of interesting schemes including an open basement structural alteration scheme of a large house. Successful Candidate You will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in structural alterations & prior experience managing sub-contractors & principal contractors, you will be comfortable managing your own scheme and be technically minded and happy to give input in regards to design management and day to day troubleshooting on site, you will be looking for a permanent role and be able to start within the next 4 weeks.
