Clinical Scope

• Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies to reduce workplace injuries
• Deliver first aid and triage support for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal complaints
• Educate employees on injury prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Partner with safety managers and HR teams to improve workforce wellbeing
• Document assessments and provide data-driven insights
• Support early intervention and return-to-work plans for injured employees
• Blend athletic training expertise with preventive care to promote workplace health and safety

Requirements

• NCCPA or AANP certification
• Active Illinois state license and DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Occupational Medicine experience
• Ergonomics and injury prevention experience
• Familiarity with OSHA recordability and workers’ compensation procedures
• CEAS or OSHA10 certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in industrial, occupational health, or sports medicine settings
