<p>Our Client a main dealer is looking for a LCV Technician to join their dealership in Stoke offering a excellent basic salary and bonus structure</p>
<p><strong>Role – LCV Technician </strong><br /><strong>Location – Stoke </strong><br /><strong>Salary – up to £37,000 Basic with an OTE of up to £43,000 </strong><br /><strong>Hours – Monday – Froday 08.30 – 17.30 and 1 in 2 Sat 8:00 – 12:00</strong><br /> <br /><strong>Responsibilities of this LCV Technician role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard</li>
<li>Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency.</li>
<li>Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards.</li>
<li>Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised, and safe from hazards to health and safety.</li>
<li>Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner.</li>
<li>To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Technician Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Qualified to level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent</li>
<li>MOT License would be preferable but not essential </li>
<li>At least 3 years of practical experience working in a workshop environment</li>
<li>Takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy team</li>
<li>Full UK driving license (max 6 points)</li>
