About the Role

The City of Westminster is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team. This role is pivotal in supporting adults facing mental health challenges, promoting their well-being, and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with service users and their families.
