The Business Development team is the initial point of contact for potential clients, focused on quickly building trust and showcasing the exceptional partnership experience Your Majesty—Part of Infinum offers.
Our core mission is to act as expert practitioners, genuinely engaged with a prospect’s business challenges, to assess the compatibility between their needs and our specific capabilities. We then guide them toward solutions by detailing how Your Majesty/Infinum can help create outstanding brands, memorable experiences, and groundbreaking digital products.
We are looking for an autonomous, sociable, and experienced business development professional to drive our expansion in the Benelux region. This role’s primary objective is twofold:
1. Increase awareness of Infinum’s Creative Hub (Your Majesty) among brand and marketing decision-makers.
2. Raise awareness of Infinum’s local presence for enterprise digital transformation buyers.
Salary range: €55k–€90k (based on experience) + commission
Work model: Hybrid (min 3 days/week on-site)

Business Development at Your Majesty
At Your Majesty, Business Development is where curiosity meets commerce.
We do not believe in “pitching” in the traditional sense. Inspired by the Win Without Pitching manifesto and The Challenger Sale, we believe sales is an act of expert diagnosis, not persuasion.
Our approach to every conversation is defined by the courage to ask challenging questions, to actively question a client’s assumptions, and to walk away when a partnership isn’t the right fit. Our ultimate goal is to establish a strong working relationship, not simply to close a deal, allowing us to deliver our best work.
The expanding Business Development team comprises 12 professionals serving a diverse, global client base across four key locations: Croatia, Slovenia, USA, and the UK. Our client acquisition efforts are frequently supported by an extended team, including Managing Directors, Solution Architects, Product Strategists, and Product Owners.
We are focused on growing the business through multiple channels: managing the inbound sales funnel, actively increasing brand awareness and networking through events and meetups, identifying and entering new markets, and strengthening our outbound funnel with targeted campaigns and activities. Furthermore, we collaborate closely with our Marketing Team to refine our offerings and sales materials, promoting both our core company and our ventures.

Qualifications & Experience
sales acumen: minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, within a digital agency, creative consultancy, or in the technology sector
digital fluency: understanding the difference between a brand refresh and a digital transformation; you can speak credibly about design systems, AI, and digital products
AI usage: you actively use AI in your day-to-day work — not just aware of it, but actually using it to prospect, research, draft, and move faster
proactive & autonomous mindset: a track record of actively building a sales pipeline from scratch, demonstrating an autonomous and proactive ‘hunter’ mentality rather than waiting for inbound leads
relationship building & client focus: possessing a client-centric approach, proactively identifying and meeting client requirements with tailored solutions, ensuring long-term satisfaction and cultivating robust relationships with both new prospects and existing clients
networking & communication: highly comfortable with networking and engaging broad audiences, especially on professional platforms like LinkedIn; must be a natural salesperson capable of creating an excellent first impression with a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor
strategic & agile: a proactive, agile, and flexible approach to the digital agency workflow and sales process; ability to bring innovation and creativity to unlock new growth and improve the overall sales strategy within the Benelux market
language proficiency: native or professional-level fluency in Dutch is mandatory, alongside excellent written and spoken English
driver’s license

Your responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
identifying and targeting potential clients and sales opportunities by analyzing market and industry trends
developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive networking, lead generation, and market research to expand our presence in the Benelux market
establishing and executing the outbound strategy in collaboration with the Business Development and Lead Generation teams to boost top-of-funnel activities
leveraging existing client relationships (Your Majesty and Infinum), previous experience, and personal networks to secure new Benelux-based prospects, meeting agreed-upon targets
qualifying all incoming prospects to ensure a strategic fit regarding budget, timing, skills, and expertise
Client Relationship Management
acting as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them in problem-solving and idea development
cultivating strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
collaborating closely with the creative team to understand specific client needs, customize offerings, and ensure alignment with industry best practices
Reporting & Strategy
maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and revenue forecasts
creating compelling proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our capabilities and address the potential clients’ requirements (supported by our Marketing team)
providing strategic advice to the board and management regarding cost-effective operations and local market development activities
generating informative reports that pinpoint important market dynamics, client preferences, and potential areas for business expansion
