Network / Systems Analyst – Hybrid Opportunity | Lutz, FLSirius Talent is seeking experienced Network / Systems Analysts for a high-impact hybrid opportunity supporting enterprise and operational technology infrastructure for a major electric utility organization in the Tampa/Lutz, FL area. This role is ideal for senior-level network professionals with strong expertise in Cisco infrastructure, secure network architecture, NAC enforcement, network segmentation, and enterprise network modernization within highly regulated environments.We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience supporting Cisco ISE, Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, WAN, SDN, and secure operational technology (OT) environments. This position will play a key role in strengthening network security, infrastructure resiliency, vulnerability remediation, and segmentation initiatives across complex enterprise and critical infrastructure environments.Position DetailsLocation: Lutz, FL areaHybrid Schedule — 4 days onsite per weekPay Rate: $62.07/hourPrimary ResponsibilitiesPerform patching, upgrades, lifecycle refreshes, and vulnerability remediation for Cisco routers and switchesDesign, implement, and support secure network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SDN, Cisco ACI fabrics, and OT environmentsDeploy, maintain, and optimize Cisco networking technologies including routers, switches, wireless access points, Cisco Nexus, and ACI environmentsImplement and maintain network segmentation strategies including micro-segmentation and policy-based controlsAdminister and support NAC technologies including Cisco ISE for authentication, posture assessment, and access enforcementSupport SASE initiatives and collaborate with network engineering teams on segmentation and security improvementsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex network infrastructure and connectivity issuesMaintain technical documentation and support operational and compliance initiativesPartner with cross-functional infrastructure teams to support deployment of server, storage, and enterprise network componentsSupport infrastructure operations across power generation, solar, and control center environmentsRequired Qualifications5–8+ years of experience planning, designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network systemsStrong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, wireless access points, Cisco Nexus, and Cisco ACIExtensive experience patching and upgrading Cisco network equipmentStrong break/fix troubleshooting and network operations experienceExperience with network segmentation, NAC enforcement, and secure network architectureStrong background supporting WAN, SDN, and enterprise network environmentsExperience working with Cisco ISE and segmentation policy enforcementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within technical teamsPreferred QualificationsCCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications preferredTechnical experience in lieu of certifications will be consideredExperience supporting utility, OT, data center, or highly regulated environmentsFamiliarity with SASE solutions and hybrid cloud networking technologiesExperience with SolarWinds, NetFlow, F5, NetScaler, or DDoS protection technologiesKnowledge of ITIL processes, compliance standards, and modern hybrid architecturesDay-to-Day EnvironmentSupport secure infrastructure operations across critical utility and operational environmentsPerform network device replacements, upgrades, and lifecycle refreshes across multiple locationsCollaborate with peers on network security, segmentation, compliance, and infrastructure modernization initiativesMonitor and resolve issues related to NAC, segmentation policies, DDoS protection, and load balancing technologiesWork closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to maintain secure, resilient network operationsScreening & Compliance RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesNERC background check requiredDrug screen requiredValid driver’s license and acceptable MVR requiredSirius Talent and all affiliated clients are equal opportunity employers and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
