Sacred Heart School is seeking a full-time office Secretary for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, as well as providing clear and professional communication with parents, students, and staff. Responsibilities include assisting with student transportation (busing), supporting administrative functions in FACTS (our student management system), and helping ensure the front office runs efficiently, among other duties. Summer availability will also be required.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
