Class 3 Building Inspector – Contract Opportunity Mainly Remote Full-Time or Part-Time Hours Available Negotiable Day Rate Outside IR35 Available We are currently working with a Local Authority seeking an experienced Class 3 Building Inspector to support their Building Control team on a contract basis. This is a flexible opportunity offering mainly remote working, with occasional site visits if required. The client is open to both full-time and part-time availability and is offering a competitive, negotiable rate depending on experience. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out plan checks and site inspections in line with Building Regulations Assess compliance with current Building Control legislation and standards Provide professional advice to developers, contractors, and internal stakeholders Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial developments Ensure projects meet required safety and regulatory standards RequirementsClass 3 Registered Building Inspector (RBI) Strong experience working within Building Control Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance processes Experience working with Local Authorities or Approved Inspectors Ability to manage workload independently in a remote working environment What’s on OfferFlexible working arrangements Mainly remote role Outside IR35 options available Full-time or part-time hours considered Competitive market day rate If you are a Class 3 Building Inspector looking for a flexible contract opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
