I am recruiting for a Research Manager to join a fast-growing, AI-driven research technology company focused on transforming how organisations generate insight.

This is a high-impact role within the analytics team, leading advanced modelling and delivering insight across a range of projects

The Role

  • Lead analytics across research projects (segmentation, clustering, modelling)
  • Run end-to-end research projects, mainly quantitative
  • Analyse and interpret survey and external data sets
  • Apply statistical methods (e.g. regression, factor analysis)
  • Automate and improve recurring analysis processes
  • Support proposals and contribute to new business work

What They're Looking For

  • 3+ years in analytics, research, or similar
  • Strong statistical analysis experience
  • Confident working with survey data
  • Proficiency in R or Python
  • Strong problem-solving and insight generation skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

OVERVIEW

  • Define MVPs, shape requirements, and support agile delivery
  • Manage dependencies, releases, progress tracking, and delivery milestones
  • Support defect prioritisation and continuous improvement
  • Communicate outcomes, benefits, and delivery progress to stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Product Owner / Product Management experience within IT change or delivery
  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, retail, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery and product methodology
  • Confident managing backlogs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong influencing, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively across business, technology, and third-party teams
  • ERP or digital transformation experience would be beneficial

The Role and Deliverables

* Design high-impact CRM email templates for automated and campaign-led journeys.
* Build out their digital content library, leading creative direction based on brand briefs.
