We are looking for App Support resources/analysts that have a troubleshooting, application support, and networking experience. This team supports issues that arise for employees and they work with the vendor if it is something they cannot solve on their own.</span><p><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Top Skills:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">PowerShell scripting – they use PowerShell to automate processes</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">SQL scripting experience - create scripts to help with identification, removal, and upgrading non-permitted technologies from servers</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Monitoring experience - monitor scripts to reduce noise from false positives - monitoring is done on a platform developed in-house. It isn’t something that we expect anyone to have experience using.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Network troubleshooting - they don't actually support network connectivity, but they do research and escalate incidents that impact their applications - in many cases they work alongside the network support team to isolate problems</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Details:</span><p><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Operations Application Network Analyst is responsible for the effective and successful management of the retention, supervision and discovery of electronic communications for regulated lines of business. This responsibility includes ensuring application availability and performance meet or exceed the needs of our business partners. It also includes enablement of and adherence to regulatory requirements as established and enforced by various governmental regulatory bodies. Operational Analysts serve as a company representative on regulatory issues and provide technical support for the business partners that use the retention and supervision platforms. That support includes enhancement of the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes and enhanced management reporting.</span><p><ul><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Responsible for ensuring all production regulated messaging applications are performing and providing a stable platform.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Responsible for the management and support of all applications that enable compliant supervision review of electronic communications.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Responsible for service delivery to all Supervision & eDiscovery users.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Responsible for successful implementation and validation of application service changes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Responsible for maintaining support relationships with eDiscovery and Legal teams to make sure business strategies are consistently met.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Ensures that business partner priorities are identified, implemented and communicated as it pertains to Supervision policy management.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Interfaces with EC Compliance to ensure adherence to compliance requirements via technical controls and reporting.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Collaborates with Engineering and Operations teammates</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Collaborates with vendors and outside technical support teams</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Effectively manages workloads based on priority and urgency</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Responsible for creation and maintenance of knowledge base and procedural documentation</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Strong working knowledge of ITIL standards and practices</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Proven problem solving skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Proven analytical skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Proven communication skills on a technical and non-technical level</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Proven process documentation skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and internet browsers</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:12px;">Ability to participate with on-call support rotations</span></li></ul><p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
