Operating nationally from their Head Office in Bolton, we have developed a reputation for being proactive, innovative and forward thinking, providing an all-encompassing service to both buyers and sellers.</p><p>Our ongoing success is powered by our exceptional team, and due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced <strong>Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Consultant</strong> to join our dynamic team as one of our Regional Commercial Directors.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>This role plays a pivotal part in our company’s success and involves conducting pre-arranged and qualified meetings with potential clients to discuss exit planning and a potential sale of their company. You will conduct an in-depth fact-find in the relation to the business operation, review business accounts and present a tailored sale strategy to propose our services. We will expect you to establish strong client relationships and secure instructions to manage the sale process. The role encompasses a mix of remote video presentations and in-person meetings with potential clients.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Visit/pitch businesses and company owners who are considering their sale/exit strategy.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate the value and attributes of the business and discuss client objectives in relation to the exit.</p></li><li><p>Present the features and advantages of Knightsbridge’s extensive services and secure formal instructions from the client.</p></li><li><p>Ensure an impeccable client experience with empathy and diligence, whilst always ensuring confidentiality.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>Currently working in or have significant experience within the M&amp;A field, ideally in a client-facing, direct sales role. Alternatively, if you are currently working in a different sector maybe estate agency – we will definitely consider strong applicants.</p></li><li><p>The ability to build strong relationships with clients.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively at all levels.</p></li><li><p>A strong closer with a proven track record of exceeding targets</p></li><li><p>Proficient literacy/numerical skills</p></li><li><p>A compelling presentational style.
