Randstad Education is hiring a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide exclusive care and educational support for an individual pupil in a Wirral primary school.

£14.25 per hour

Job Summary

As a 1:1 TA, you will guide a single student who requires specialized support due to their EHCP goals. You will keep them focused on their learning speed, implement emotional regulation techniques, and promote full inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a trusted, professional 1:1 relationship with the student.

• Using visual schedules and calming methods to manage sensory triggers.

• Coordinating progress markers directly with the school SENCO.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Direct experience supporting students with special needs (Autism, ADHD, or global delay).

• Resilient, steady temperament with excellent active listening skills.
